A good book about early 1970s Glitter Rock.By OBIEBeing old; this was the pop music of my teens; Raw Power changed my life when it came out; and was very much like reading one of the rock magazines of the time; like Creem; Rock Scene or Circus. So many names I had forgotten about and who they really were; those denizens of the Factory and Maxs KC and writers like Lester Bangs.It is an interesting tale of 3 artists that influenced each other and in doing so influenced the whole music industry. Not a difficult book; but well done and highly readable with a slow start that lays out the scene and how they collaborated to change pop music forever.
