A range of modern British monologues from "meh" to "maybe good enough"By DesignGirlThis has a good amount of modern monologues with a British feel to them which is; unfortunately; really hard to find. Theyre not fantastic (nothing made me laugh; and theyre supposed to be comedic); but many are "meh" to "maybe good enough." It was really disheartening when I found a grammar error in the book! One monologue has the line; "youre neck may have thickened out..." Having such an egregious error doesnt leave me with a feeling of confidence that these were thoughtfully written or edited.
